Description
A colorless or yellowish clear solution slightly viscous sterile solution.
Indications
Antipyretic and analgesic. used for treatment of muscle pain, rheumatism, febrile diseases, colic, etc.
1. Have special effects on high fever caused by bacteria and virus disease infection or mixed infection, such as eperythrozoon, toxoplasmosis, circovirus, infectious pleurisy, etc.
2. Have great effects on inflammation, febrile illness, rheumatism, courbature and other diseases caused by a variety of pathogenic microorganisms.
Dosage and administration
Intramuscular injection. per treatment: horse and cattle 3-10g, sheep 1-2g, pig1-3g, dog0.3-0.6g.
Side Effects
1. If used for a long time, it will cause granulocyte reduction, please examine leucocyte regularly.
2. It will restrain the formation of prothrombin, and aggravate the tendency of bleeding.
Withdrawal period
For meat: 28 days.
For milk: 7days.
Warning
It cannot be combined with barbiturate and phenylbutazone, because their interactions affect the microsomal enzyme. it also cannot be combined with chlorpromazine, in order to prevent the sharp drop of body temperature.
Storage
Protected from direct sunlight at temperature between 8 and 15℃.
